  28. Simply unarchive the first three files and follow the instruction in the
  29. RBBS-PC documentation entitled, "Installing RBBS-PC for the First Time."

  31. For those who have never operated an electronic bulletin board before, I
  32. suggest getting Bantam Books' "The Complete Electronic Bulletin Board
  33. Starter Kit" by Charles Bowen and David Peyton (ISBN 0-553-34552-4).  The
  34. 232 pages of RBBS-PC CPC17-1A's documentation is only a "reference" and
  35. not intended to be a learning guide for new SYSOP's.
